    Clients Aged 55 and Older With a Disability Report

    This report titled "Clients Age 55+ Disabilities Raw Data " will identify all open clients in a project that are aged 55 and older with a disability. This report allows the ability to run multiple projects concurrently. Any user with an ART license can access this report in HMIS.

    In order to run the report, follow the instructions below

    Click on Connect to ART, and you will see a series of folders:

    From there, navigate the following folders:

    Public Folder -> Chicago CoC Reports -> General -> Clients Age 55+ Disabilities Raw Data

    Click on the magnifying glass, and you will see this prompt:

    Click View Report

     

    Once you click on View Report, you will be presented with a prompt asking which projects to run the report on.

    After selecting the project, click Run Query
