    Clients Aged 55 and Older With a Disability Report

    This report titled "Clients Age 55+ Disabilities Raw Data " will identify all open clients in a project that are aged 55 and older with a disability. This report allows the ability to run multiple projects concurrently. Any user with an Advanced Reporting Tool license can access this report in HMIS.

    In order to run the report, follow the instructions below

    Click on Connect to BusinessObjects in the top-right corner of the HMIS webpage.

    From there, navigate the following folders:

    Public Folder -> Chicago CoC Reports -> General -> Clients Age 55+ Disabilities Raw Data

    Click on the report, and you will see this prompt:

    Select the project you want to review in the "Select Provider" prompt, and then click Run. (Note: do not change anything with the EDA Provider prompt).

     

    Once you Run the report, you will be presented with a table showing all active clients over the age of 55 that report having a disability.
