Q&A Follow up: If translation assistance is needed, by answering this question will a referral for assistance be offered to agency? No. As of right now, the Translation Assistance Needed data element is only used for data collection. This has been clarified in the slides. 

Q&A Follow up: What option would we choose for EHV exits?: According to HUD, users should choose 'Rental by client, with other ongoing housing subsidy' 

Expanded data element requirement: Sexual Orientation: HUD has expanded the projects that will be required to provide this data element. Expect this data element to be added to the assessment 'HUD CoC & ESG Entry All Other Projects (2024)'
