The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) allows us as a Continuum of Care to maintain our client's information for reporting purposes as well as having the flexibility of being used as a tool to help better coordinate our client's care. This section will show you how some of the basic functions of ServicePoint work. Throughout most of this site, ServicePoint and HMIS will be used interchangeably, as they are the referring to the same tool.
