    HMIS URL (Web Address) Has Changed!

    Wellsky, our HMIS Service Provider, is rebranding "ServicePoint" as "Community Services."  As part of the rebranding, the URL used in the address line of your browser is changing from:
     
    to:
     
    The old URL will redirect to the new address for a short period, but soon the new URL will be the only one that works.  The new address is now shown in the address line of your browser, so it can be bookmarked and used immediately, and any old ServicePoint bookmarks can be removed from your browser.  If you don't use bookmarks, you should start typing the new address into the address line as soon as possible.  Please note that Wellsky suggests Chrome is the preferred browser, and that soon Internet Explorer will no longer be supported.
     
    Please direct any questions about the URL change to the Help Desk helpdesk@allchicago.org .  Any issues with your browser or other desktop issues should be directed to your agency's IT team.
