HMIS training courses costs $25 or 1 training credit per user training, which will include the Introduction to HMIS course and any number of Project-Specific course. Please see the following article for a more detailed description of the Steps to Receiving HMIS Access - 2026
When ATAs/Supervisors request training for new HMIS users through the Help Desk, payments will handled in the form of a PayPal invoice quarterly. Each request will be subtracted from any pre-purchased credits the provider has banked, and the ATA(s) will receive an invoice at the end of each quarter for any remaining balance.

- 4/1 - 6/30
- 7/1 - 9/30
- 10/1 -12/31
