HMIS training courses costs $25 or 1 training credit per user training, which will include the Introduction to HMIS course and any number of Project-Specific course. Please see the following article for a more detailed description of the Steps of Training and Receiving HMIS Access
When ATAs/Supervisors request training for new HMIS users through the Help Desk, payments are handled in the form of a PayPal invoice at the time of the request.
- If your agency does not have any pre-purchased training credits left, we will let you know that a invoice will be sent to their preferred recipient for $25 each user.
- If your agency does have pre-purchased credits available for use, they will be redeemed automatically when requesting training for new users through the Help Desk. After each request, we will provide an updated number of available credits.
