    UHI HMIS Workflow

    The following UHI workflow is for Housing Resource Specialists only.

    The referenced and attached assessment will be live to the community within the Coordinated Entry 1474 available assessments on August 6th, 2024, however only those who have been invited to complete the training should be using the assessment. The assessment and training for all HRS will be available after the evaluation of the initial release has been completed by the Coordinated Entry and UHI Teams.
