Agencies should look over the housing inventories on record in HMIS. The sheet embedded below is large and would best be viewed by going to the link below. An easy tip to spot your current project is to press CTRL+F in order to search for your own agency/project.
A single project may appear on multiple rows if it has more than one inventory configuration. For example, separate single‑adult and family inventories, different bed/unit types, or year‑round vs. seasonal. Review and confirm each row that belongs to your project.
If a project listed below is no longer operational or a project should be included in this list, please submit a deactivation request or submit a ticket to Helpdesk@allchicago.org.
