If updates are made outside of the required timelines, All Chicago will update the Referral Need Status to CES: Rematch Needed: CES Team Only: Housing Provider Did Not Respond.

Participant has been engaged and enrolled in the HSN project. If the participant is ineligible or declines the housing project match, they may elect to remain enrolled in the Housing System Navigation project until they can be rematched and housed with a new housing project. In this case, the Referral Need Status can remain as CES: Enrolled until the participant is housed with a new housing project.
