All Chicago will monitor the timeliness of Referral Need Status updates, per the following Contact Protocols.
If updates are made outside of the required timelines, All Chicago will update the Referral Need Status to CES: Rematch Needed: CES Team Only: Housing Provider Did Not Respond.

Participant has been engaged and enrolled in the HSN project. If the participant is ineligible or declines the housing project match, they may elect to remain enrolled in the Housing System Navigation project until they can be rematched and housed with a new housing project. The Referral Need Status should remain as CES: Enrolled, as this is the terminal Referral Need Status for Housing System Navigation referrals.
