Once you have updated the referral need status, you may add notes for additional explanation and context to the client's status. This is done within the Referral Service Notes using the following steps:
Step 1:
From the client record, navigate to the Service Transactions tab > View Entire Service History
Step 2:
Locate and edit the relevant referral.
Step 3:
Edit the Need Information table.
Step 4:
Add necessary notes in the text box.
Step 5:
Click Save & Exit
