And Referral Need Statuses Associated with Timeliness Monitoring
Timeliness Monitoring ensures that participants are housed as quickly as possible, and that CE referrals and their progress are accounted for, so participants do not get lost in the process. Through ongoing monitoring and follow-up, the CE Team provides support and technical assistance to housing providers, helping to promote a successful housing process for as many participants as possible. This also helps the CE Team ensure that if a referral does not work out, the participant will receive an appropriate rematch and not fall through the cracks.
All Chicago will monitor the timeliness of Referral Need Status updates, per the following Contact Protocols. If updates are made outside of the required timelines, All Chicago will update the Referral Need Status to CES: Rematch Needed: CES Team Only: Housing Provider Did Not Respond
