Users are able to Reset their own Passwords from the Login Screen
Resetting Passwords is the same process for Learning Management System Training Site, Community Service Training Site, and Community Service Live Site. This Article is a Step-by-step guide on how to reset your password yourself and troubleshoot other factors that might be causing issues with access.
Please be advised that we do not send temporary passwords. Users should be managing their own passwords and going through the steps to reset it; this is outlined in the Code of Ethics and End User Policy that all users sign upon receiving their live credentials for security purposes.
1. Ensure that you are going to the correct site (Links are clickable)
2. Once Navigated to the correct home site. Click on 'Forgot your Password?'

3. Enter Username into the box and an 'All Chicago' email will go to your email associated with your Username.

*Note – This email could be in a SPAM/JUNK folder depending on the user’s email rules. Check these folders if the email is not in the default INBOX and there is a valid email address in the user’s profile.
Also use the Search bar on your Email Application to search as it may be filtered in another folder

4. Click on a unique link provided to you in the email; the email is usually sent by 'Noreply@talentlms.com'. It should look like:
- Click on the "Reset Your Password" Link
5. From here you should be able to reset the password just follow the criteria on screen.

6. YOU DID IT! YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RESET YOUR PASSWORD!
*** If these steps do not work for you, these are the next steps you should take. ***
1. If you sent a ticket to the helpdesk@allchicago.org, Ensure that the username and email are correct and match what you are typing as your credentials.
If you are unsure what your username or email are please ask your Agency Technical Admin to look up your username for you.
2. Ensure that you have looked in your Junk/Spam Mail.
3. Ensure that with your IT and email management that both DoNotReply@wellsky.com / noreply@talentlms.com are not being filtered out or blocked as this is an automated message and sometimes does get flagged for spam or junk mail.
4. If nothing works please send a ticket to the Help Desk with the following information.
- Username
- Agency Email
- Which site you're trying to access? (LMS/Training HMIS/Live HMIS)
- When you use "Forgot Password", are you getting the email from DoNotReply@wellsky.com / noreply@talentlms.com . If so what happens?
- What is the name of you supervisor (ATA)
- What is your supervisor's agency email (ATA)
- Provide screenshot of the issue you are having
5. You can schedule a 15 minute appointment with the Help Desk if necessary. Please allow a day ahead to schedule and also provide the information in troubleshooting step #4.
