The Employment and Income (E&I) program has three main parts designed to help people who are homeless and looking to earn more money. These parts work together to meet their job needs, support their recovery, and link them to important benefits.

In order to get access to the HMIS and enter data for an E&I project, users must:

- Complete the Introduction to the HMIS Course

All E&I users will need a unique HMIS account to access their project.
- New HMIS users will request their account midway through the Introduction course via an embedded Google Form. They must select their respective E&I Project as their Agency.
- Users with existing access under their agency must request a new account with ATA confirmation by submitting a ticket to the HMIS Help Desk at helpdesk@allchicago.org
- Complete the Employment and Income LMS Course
- Complete and pass the Virtual Proctored Session
