DQW Meeting Minutes - February 18, 2020

• Carrie George from Heartland Human Care Services assisting with notes
• Lavon French from Christian Community Health Center to provide updates on DQW workings to HMIS Committee
• Addressed updates to Data Quality Process
  • Moving away from SQL automated reporting and reverting to using ART reports

Non-Cash Benefits and Income 

• Evaluation Tool Committee brought up non-cash benefits and income
  • The committee would want to add a measure tracking these fields
  • DQ Workgroup to think through how to address the subject
• Think through how we can address community needs when HMIS materials come up in other non-HMIS led workgroups

Coordinated Entry

• Chris O'Hara (LEC) requested that Bridget (Senior Program Manager that is the point of contact for CES on the All Chicago Programs team)
  • Request that a CES person come to the DQW twice a year to provide updates

• April 21st
  • Income Update
    • Specifically address how to handle under the table funds
  • Data Quality Process Check-in
  • Look at picklist for reason for Exiting
  • Begin conversation on DQ Plan
    • Arrange a breakout group for this task
• June 16th
  • Begin to review suggestions on DQ Plan
