The purpose of this program is to fill in gaps of Unsheltered Homelessness, Domestic Violence (DV), Homeless Youth, and VA-funded Homeless Assistance Programs. The joint component provide a safe space for participants to quickly house participants and move them into permanent housing and provide financial assistance and wrap-around supportive services.
Joint TH/RRH programs uniquely requires two separate projects to be created in the HMIS, and this guide will walk through the proper HMIS workflow and expectations for compliance.
