The following workflow is only for HPCC users. HPCC is tasked to send referrals to State Homeless Prevention projects.
This workflow is to ensure that the receiving agency has visibility to the referred client and should be completed after the referral has been created.
Client Visibility is indicated in the top right corner of the client record with a lock:
Green locks mean that the record is open. No further action is then required.
Red locks mean that the record is closed.
The lock with the caution icon means that other providers have access to the record
The lock on its own means that no other agency outside of the creating agency have access to the record
- Click the lock to view the list of agencies and/or groups that have visibility to the record.
- Check for State Homeless Prevention Funds (Group ID 2720) to be on this list
- If it is not on the list, Add Visibility Group
- Search for State Homeless Prevention Funds, double checking that the group ID is 2720
- Click the plus (
) icon - Exit
