During July of 2019, the HMIS Team held of series of webinars that would serve as the basis for an ATA Training Series. This training series is now available on the HMIS Online Learning Portal.
The training series covers the following:
- Context and Expectations of an ATA
- Administrative Tools in ServicePoint and the Helpdesk
- Reporting: Canned and ART
- Troubleshooting
The series of webinars on ATA Training is now available in the Online Learning Portal.
To take the course, you will need to create an account in the Learning Portal. This course is free so please feel free to share, though the target audience are Agency Technical Administrators.
Regular users of the system are also welcome to watch the videos, however, they may not have the full access typically granted to ATAs (and we would need confirmation from a supervisor to make a person an ATA).
