The Current Living Situation is a tool in the Coordinated Entry (CE) Standardized Housing Assessment that is used to document a client’s housing history in the previous five-year time frame. As of 02/01/2021, Skilled Assessors should complete the Current Living Situation instead of the former Housing History Tool.
The following is a correctly completed Current Living Situation:
- The Exit date of the current situation is left empty.
- The end date of one situation is equal to the start date of the subsequent situation.
- Five years of the client's housing situation is documented.
